Witness: Ron Bilodeau

Ron Bilodeau (former Associate Secretary of the Privy Council) continues testimony. Under direct examination by Commission Counsel Bernard Roy, Mr. Bilodeau speaks about correspondence with Ranald Quail concerning the administration of the sponsorship program. He also speaks about the maintenance of the so-called Unity Fund, the role of the Prime Minister’s Office in the development of lists of projects for sponsorship, and Jean Chrétien’s accountability for funds used for sponsorship activities.
