In light of a series of high-profile interviews with the press by Commissioner John H. Gomery, David W. Scott (Counsel for Jean Chrétien) and Guy Pratte (Counsel for Jean Pelletier) make submissions alleging that the Commissioner has arrived prematurely at conclusions about evidence and testimony.
