Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

Witnesses: Andrée LaRose, Marie Maltais

The Commission continues to hear testimony from Andrée LaRose (former Director of Special Projects, Communication Coordination Services Branch (CCSB), Department of Public Works and Government Services). Richard Dearden (Counsel for the Office of the Auditor General), Richard Auger (Counsel for Charles Guité), and Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) conduct cross-examinations. Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer begins examination of Marie Maltais (former Director of Client Services, Advertising and Public Opinion Research branch (APORS) and former Director General of Strategic Communications Coordination at the CCSB).
