Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

Witness: Michelle D’Auray

The Commission hears testimony from Michelle D’Auray (former member of the Intergovernmental Affairs Secretariat of the Privy Council Office). Commission Counsel Bernard Roy conducts the examination. Questions focus on Ms. D’Auray’s role in government advertising activities relating to the 1995 referendum on Quebec sovereignty, including correspondence with communications agencies BCP and Groupe Everest.
