Witness: Charles Guité

A lengthy discussion takes place concerning areas of questioning precluded by an anticipated criminal trial involving Charles (Chuck) Guité (former Director General of the Advertising and Public Opinion Research Sector (APORS) and Executive Director of the Communication Coordination Services Branch (CCSB) at Public Works and Government Services Canada). Pierre Fournier (Counsel for Alfonso Gagliano) conducts cross-examination of Mr. Guité, with questioning focusing on the initiation of the sponsorship program and the drafting of lists of potential events for sponsorship.
