Commission Counsel Neil Finkelstein concludes direct examination of David Dingwall (former Minister of Public Works and Government Services) with discussion focusing on Mr. Dingwall’s professional relationships with Charles Guité and Ranald Quail and on Jean Chrétien’s authorization of the use of the so-called Unity Fund.
