Witness: Bernard Thiboutot

Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) concludes cross-examination of Bernard Thiboutot (the founder of Commando Communication Marketing). Mr. Thiboutot is asked about his correspondence with employees of the Communication Coordination Services Branch (CCSB) of the Department of Public Works and Government Services, including Pierre Tremblay. He is also asked about a presentation on sponsorships given to employees of the CCSB.
