Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

Witness: Gilles-André Gosselin

The Commission continues to hear testimony from Gilles-André Gosselin (the former owner of Gosselin et Associés Communication Stratégique) with Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer conducting direct examination. Discussion focuses on projects paid for out of a Public Works and Government Services fund for “unforeseen events.” Mr. Gosselin also discusses his agency’s billing practices, including general principles for the charging of commissions for sponsorships.
