Witness: Georges Clermont

Commission Counsel Bernard Roy concludes direct examination of Georges Clermont (the former president and CEO of Canada Post). Discussion focuses on the influence of Canada Post executives over the awarding of advertising contracts. Mr. Clermont is also asked about payments made, without his own knowledge, to producer Robert-Guy Scully for sponsorship of a television series on Maurice Richard. Raymond Doray (Counsel for André Ouellet) begins cross-examination of Mr. Clermont.
