Witness: Micheline Montreuil

The Commission continues to hear testimony on the subject of Canada Post’s involvement in sponsorship activities. Commission Counsel Bernard Roy concludes direct examination of Micheline Montreuil (former Director, Stamp Products Group, Canada Post) with testimony focusing on anomalous invoices sent to Canada Post by Lafleur Communication and on Lafleur’s involvement in a children’s stamp design contest. There is a brief series of questions from John Terry (Counsel for Canada Post).
