Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

Gilles-André Gosselin (the former owner of Gosselin et Associés Communication Stratégique) continues testimony with Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer conducting direct examination. There is a long series of questions about billing anomalies and about problems with the timing of contracts for projects such as the Ottawa Tulip Festival. Under intense questioning, Mr. Gosselin takes ill and his testimony is postponed.
