The Commission continues to hear testimony from Alfonso Gagliano (former Minister of Public Works and Government Services). Under cross-examination by Richard Dearden (Counsel for the Office of the Auditor General), Mr. Gagliano is asked about the use of sponsorship funds for the purchase of a large television screen by the Old Port of Montreal and about Public Works’ reimbursement of VIA Rail’s sponsorship of a television series by producer Robert-Guy Scully.
