Witness: Michel Cabana

Marlys Edwardh (Counsel for Mr. Arar) continues cross-examination of Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Inspector Michel Cabana, with questions focusing on the RCMP’s sharing of information with the United States and with Syria. Mr. Arar becomes exasperated following numerous claims of national security confidentiality made by Simon Fothergill (for the Attorney General of Canada) in the course of Mr. Cabana’s testimony.
