Witness: Richard Roy

Commission Counsel Marc David continues direct examination of Superintendent Richard Roy (former liaison officer for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAIT)). Superintendent Roy describes the sharing of information from Consular Affairs with the RCMP and Project A-OCANADA, an Ottawa-based joint-force investigative team, during Mr. Arar’s detention in New York and Syria.
