Witness: Geoffrey O’Brien

The Commission continues to hear testimony from Geoffrey O’Brien, an employee in various capacities with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) since its creation in 1984. Under examination by Mark J. Freiman (Commission Lead Counsel), Mr. O’Brien speaks about the structure of CSIS, the CSIS Act, the broad nature of CSIS’s mandate, and the nature of intelligence gathering and analysis.
