Mr. Kapoor asks Mr. Mattson about a variety of government documents and other materials. He also asks Mr. Mattson about Transport Canada’s position on the security measures employed by Air India in 1985, including the use of PD4 explosives detection devices, which had been demonstrated to be ineffective in detecting various explosive devices.
