The Commission continues to hear testimony from Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Inspector Michel Cabana. Under direct examination by Commission Counsel Paul J. J. Cavalluzzo, Inspector Cabana speaks about the suspension of normal restrictions on the RCMP’s sharing of information with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) and with American agencies.
