Witness: Garry Loeppky

Commission Counsel Marc David continues direct examination of Garry Loeppky (Deputy Commissioner, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)). Discussion focuses on the RCMP’s collaboration with agencies in the United States prior to and during Mr. Arar’s detention there in September and October of 2002 and on claims by Paul Cellucci (the American ambassador to Canada) that Mr. Arar was rendered to Syria on the basis of Canadian intelligence.
