Commission Counsel Marc David continues direct examination of Garry Loeppky (Deputy Commissioner, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)). Mr. Loeppky is asked about the RCMP’s collaboration with agencies in the United States prior to and during Mr. Arar’s detention there in September and October of 2002.
