Witness: Kathryn McCallion

The day’s testimony focuses on a June 2002 memorandum to Minister of Foreign Affairs Bill Graham and a related telephone conversation between Kathryn McCallion (Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT)) and Jack Hooper (Assistant Deputy Director of Operations for the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS)). Commission Counsel Marc David conducts direct examination of Ms. McCallion, who describes in detail her telephone conversation with Mr. Hooper.
