Commission of Inquiry into the Investigation of the Bombing of Air India Flight 182

Witnesses: Nick Cartwright, Stephen Conrad

Nick Cartwright (Transport Canada) and Stephen Conrad (Transport Canada) testify as a panel under direct examination by Commission Counsel Brian Gover. Mr. Gover asks Mr. Cartwright a series a questions about technologies and procedures for screening air cargo. Mr. Gover asks Mr. Conrad various questions related to air cargo security. During his testimony, Mr. Conrad refers to a slide presentation about air cargo security and Canada’s air cargo security objectives. Raj Anand (Counsel for Lata Pada and other victims’ families) cross-examines the witnesses. Sandy Graham (Counsel for the Attorney General of Canada) briefly cross-examines the witnesses.
