Commission Counsel Marc David conducts direct examination of Garry Loeppky (Deputy Commissioner, Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)). Mr. Loeppky is asked about the creation and mandate of A-OCANADA, an Ottawa-based joint-force investigative team.
