Witness: Gregg Williams

Gregg Williams (former senior reviewer analyst, RCMP Immigration and Passport branch) testifies. Under examination by Commission Counsel Paul J. J. Cavalluzzo, Mr. Williams denies speaking with Rick Flewelling about Mr. Arar’s case in October 2002. There are brief cross-examinations by Lorne Waldman (Counsel for Mr. Arar) and Simon Fothergill (Counsel for the Attorney General of Canada).
