Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

Witness: Richard Boudreault

Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer conducts direct examination of Richard Boudreault (a former Groupaction shareholder). Mr. Boudreault is asked about payments made in his name to Liberal campaign workers during the 1997 federal election. There are short cross-examinations by Michel Massicotte (Counsel for BCP Limited), Doug Mitchell (Counsel for the Liberal Party of Canada), Guy Pratte (Counsel for Jean Pelletier), and Marie Marmet (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada), followed by a brief re-examination by Mr. Cournoyer.
