Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

Following a submission requesting the continuation of a publication ban on the testimony of Jean Brault, the Commission hears submissions requesting the removal of the ban by Arthur Hamilton (Counsel for the Conservative Party of Canada) and Daniel Rochefort (Counsel for the Association of Quebec Advertising Agencies). Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer and Mark Bantey (Counsel for Bell Globemedia, the Canadian Press, CanWest News Services, Le Journal de Montréal, La Presse, Société Radio-Canada, and Le Soleil) make further submissions.
