The Commission of Inquiry into the Actions of Canadian Officials in Relation to Maher Arar

The day is devoted to submissions on procedural questions. Submissions are made on the question of Mr. Arar’s access to in-camera documents and evidence by Barbara A. McIsaac (for the Attorney General of Canada) and Donald Bayne (counsel for RCMP officers), followed by a response by Marlys Edwardh (Counsel for Mr. Arar).
