Witness: Jean Lambert

Commission Counsel Bernard Roy concludes direct examination of Jean Lambert (former Vice-President, Government and International Affairs at Groupaction Marketing) with questions focusing on Alain Renaud’s double role as a fundraiser for the Liberal Party of Canada and a lobbyist for Groupaction. Pierre Fournier (Counsel for Alfonso Gagliano) attempts to cross-examine Mr. Lambert concerning contracts between Jean Brault and Charles Guité, leading to a series of objections and procedural disputes. There are also cross-examinations by Louis Bélanger (Counsel for Luc Lemay) and Doug Mitchell (Counsel for the Liberal Party of Canada).
