Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

Witnesses: Jean Lambert, Alain Renaud

Richard Auger (Counsel for Charles Guité) and Marie Marmet (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) conduct cross-examinations of Jean Lambert (former Vice-President, Government and International Affairs at Groupaction Marketing). Commission Counsel Bernard Roy conducts a brief re-examination. The Commission hears testimony from Alain Renaud, a former lobbyist for Groupaction Marketing. Under direct examination by Mr. Roy, Mr. Renaud recalls lobbying for government sponsorship contracts of behalf of Groupaction.
