Commission of Inquiry into the Investigation of the Bombing of Air India Flight 182

Witness: Jim Cunningham

Jim Cunningham (Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)) testifies under direct examination by Commission Counsel Anil Kapoor. Mr. Kapoor asks the witness about his work investigating Sikh extremism in Canada, the details of an interview he conducted in 1992 in India with Lal Singh, and the RCMP’s interest in Mr. Singh. Mr. Kapoor also asks Mr. Cunningham to comment on the connection between Mr. Singh and the International Sikh Youth Federation.
