Witness: Yves Duguay

Yves Guguay (the senior director of security for Air Canada) testifies under direct examination by Commission Counsel Brian Gover. Mr. Gover asks Mr. Duguay to describe Air Canada’s overall approach to aviation security and then proceeds with a series of specific questions related to aviation security. Mr. Guguay discusses the importance of intelligence-driven security, Air Canada’s security management system, standard operating procedures, and related topics. Commissioner John C. Major asks the witness brief questions at various points during Mr. Gover’s examination.
