Witness: Jacques Jodoin

Commission Counsel Anil Kapoor presents and reviews in open session before the Commission a series of documents related to earlier testimony by Lynne Jarrett about her surveillance work for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS). Norman Boxall, Counsel for the Air India Victims’ Families Association, makes brief remarks about one of the documents. Jacques Jodoin (former Director-General of the Communication, Intelligence, and Warrants branch of CSIS) testifies. Under direct examination by Mark J. Freiman (Commission Lead Counsel), Mr. Jodoin speaks about his work with CSIS, CSIS surveillance operations, and CSIS surveillance of Talwinder Singh Parmar and his associates.
