Commission of Inquiry into the Investigation of the Bombing of Air India Flight 182

Witnesses: Terry de March, Donna Walsh, Maurice Klein

Terry de March (Acting Director-General of the Charities Directorate, Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)), Donna Walsh (Director of the Review and Analysis Division, Charities Directorate, CRA), and Maurice Klein (Senior Advisor on Anti-Terrorism, Charities Directorate, CRA) continue their testimony as a panel under direct examination by Commission Counsel Roger Bilodeau. Ms. Walsh describes processes for verifying media reports and subsequently investigating and deregistering charities suspected of having ties to terrorism. Commissioner John C. Major asks the witnesses brief questions. Richard P. Quance (Counsel for the Family Members of the Crew Member Victims of Air India Flight 182, and Indian Nationals) cross-examines the witnesses and Mr. Bilodeau asks some brief follow-up questions.
