Commission Counsel Neil Finkelstein begins direct examination of Charles (Chuck) Guité (former Director General of the Advertising and Public Opinion Research Sector (APORS) and Executive Director of the Communication Coordination Services Branch (CCSB) at Public Works and Government Services Canada).
