Witness: Robert-Guy Scully

The Commission hears testimony from Robert-Guy Scully (television producer and stakeholder in the Information Essentielle and Telemission Information Incorporated production companies). Under examination by Commission Counsel Bernard Roy, Mr. Scully speaks about the role of Charles Guité in securing sponsorship funds and arranging VIA Rail and Canada Post sponsorships for the production of television programs such as the “Heritage Minutes,” a special on Maurice Richard, and the Canada du Millénaire series.
