Witness: Nancy Collins

Commission Counsel Marc David continues examination of Nancy Collins (Case Management Officer, Consular Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade (DFAIT)). Ms. Collins speaks at length about her own involvement in Mr. Arar’s case in October 2002. Discussion focuses on meetings with, and the participation of, high-level consular officials.
