Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

The Commission hears an application for standing from Raymond Doray on behalf of André Ouellet. Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) responds and Mr. Ouellet is granted standing. Richard Auger (Counsel for Charles Guité) presents a motion seeking either in-camera testimony or a publication ban covering Mr. Guité’s testimony.
