Commission Counsel Paul J. J. Cavalluzzo continues direct examination of Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Inspector Michel Cabana. Discussion focuses on Project A-OCANADA, an Ottawa-based joint-force investigative team, and on the RCMP’s willingness to share intelligence on Mr. Arar with Syria and attempts to interview him following his detention in October 2002.
