Witness: Robert Fry

Commission Counsel Marc David continues his examination of Robert Fry (former Senior Policy Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs). Mr. Fry describes his role as a liaison between the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAIT) and the minister’s office and the involvement of the minister in Mr. Arar’s case specifically. He is questioned at length about ministerial knowledge of reports of Mr. Arar’s torture in Syria.
