Witness: Richard Roy

Lorne Waldman (Counsel for Mr. Arar) cross-examines Richard Roy (former liaison officer for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) at the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFAIT)) on the subjects of information-sharing, RCMP knowledge of human-rights abuses in Syria, and communications problems between Project A-OCANADA, an Ottawa-based joint-force investigative team, and the RCMP Criminal Intelligence Directorate (CID). Norman Boxall (Counsel for Michel Cabana) conducts a brief cross-examination. There is a brief re-examination by Commission Counsel Marc David.
