The Commission continues to hear testimony on the subject of Canada Post’s involvement in sponsorship activities. Alain Guilbert (former Vice-President of Communications, Canada Post) continues testimony with Commission Counsel Bernard Roy conducting direct examination. Questions focus on anomalies found in Canada Post’s selection of advertising agencies for marketing campaigns for stamps.
