Commission Counsel Bernard Roy concludes direct examination of Roger Collet (former Assistant Deputy Minister, Department of Canadian Heritage and the former executive director of the Canada Information Office (CIO)). Discussion focuses on Mr. Collet’s dealings with television producer Robert-Guy Scully and the CIO’s deliberate concealment of its role in sponsoring projects, including a television series produced by Mr. Scully.
