Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities

The Commission continues to hear submissions following a motion by Pierre Fournier (Counsel for Alfonso Gagliano) seeking to file as evidence a transcript of Charles Guité’s testimony before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Public Accounts and to have Mr. Guité’s testimony before the Commission disregarded. Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) concludes his submission and there is a submission by Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer. Mr. Fournier and Chantal Masse (Counsel for the House of Commons) respond.
