Witness: Wayne Easter

Former Solicitor General Wayne Easter continues testimony. Under examination by Commission Counsel Paul J. J. Cavalluzzo, Mr. Easter is questioned in detail about attempts to establish a consensus among Canadian agencies in obtaining the release of Mr. Arar from Syria and about efforts by the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) to have Mr. Arar remain in Syria.
