Witness: Maureen Girvan

Marlys Edwardh (Counsel for Mr. Arar) continues cross-examination of Maureen Girvan (former manager of the Consular Services Section of the Canadian Consulate General in New York). Ms. Girvan recounts her work with Mr. Arar and his family in September-October 2002, including correspondence with the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in New York, the ascertaining of charges against Mr. Arar, and her meeting with him at the MDC on October 3, 2002.
