Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer continues direct examination of Jean Lafleur (the former owner of Jean Lafleur Communication Marketing) with testimony focusing on details of sponsorship arrangements made with the Department of Public Works and Government Services. Mr. Lafleur is asked about mark-ups and the charging of commissions on promotional items ordered by Charles Guité and about the subcontracting of orders to Mr. Lafleur’s son Éric Lafleur.
