Witness: Luc Mérineau

Commission Counsel Marie Cossette conducts direct examination of Luc Mérineau (owner of Éminence Grise and the former vice-president of creative services at BCP). Mr. Mérineau describes his role in an advertising campaign for the federal government’s Clarity Act, including the subcontracting of work to him by Coffin Communication and his subcontracting of work to BCP.
