Sherene H. Razack (University of Toronto) testifies under direct examination by Raj Anand (Counsel for Lata Pada and other victims’ relatives) about the phenomenon of systemic racism and about her own study of systemic racism. Barney Brucker (Counsel for the Attorney General of Canada) cross-examines Ms. Razack on her academic work and her position on systematic racism.
