Witness: Michel Béliveau

Doug Mitchell (Counsel for the Liberal Party of Canada) concludes cross-examination of Michel Béliveau (the former director general of the Quebec wing of the Liberal Party of Canada). Arthur Hamilton (Counsel for the Conservative Party of Canada) poses questions as an intervenor and Associate Commission Counsel Guy Cournoyer re-examines the witness. Sylvain Lussier (on behalf of the Attorney General of Canada) conducts cross-examination of Mr. Béliveau, questioning him at length about cash donations made by Jacques Corriveau to the Liberal Party of Canada in 1997.
