Witness: Claude Boulay

Commission Counsel Marie Cossette continues direct examination of Claude Boulay (the former owner of Groupe Everest and Média/IDA Vision). Mr. Boulay is questioned in detail about his role in the Canada Information Office’s “Attractions Canada” initiative. He describes government selection processes for the awarding of sponsorship contracts to agencies, including changes made following the replacement of Charles Guité with Pierre Tremblay as head of the Communication Coordination Services Branch (CCSB) of the Department of Public Works and Government Services.
