Commission of Inquiry into the Investigation of the Bombing of Air India Flight 182

Witness: Nikos Passas

Commission Counsel Roger Bilodeau makes opening remarks as the Commission enters a phase of its inquiry devoted to the question of terrorist financing. There are also opening remarks by Richard P. Quance (Counsel for the Family Members of the Crew Member Victims of Air India Flight 182, and Indian Nationals), Norman Boxall (Counsel for the Air India Victims’ Families Association), and Roger Leclaire (Counsel for the Attorney General of Canada). Nikos Passas (Northeastern University College of Criminal Justice) testifies under direct examination by Mr. Bilodeau. Mr. Passas discusses various aspects of international terrorist financing in great detail and presents a slide presentation on the topic to the Commission.
